By car, you will have a private parking space reserved for your apartment. By train, the Finale Ligure Marina station is about 1 km away, which you can walk to in about 15-18 minutes.

Once you cross the threshold, you will enter your LIVING AREA, where you will find a comfortable sofa bed, a table with chairs for your family meals, a sideboard, and a Smart TV where you can connect your streaming accounts.

Air conditioning will keep you comfortable even on the hottest days.

Your KITCHEN is linear and complete, with a 4-burner gas hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, microwave oven, and capsule coffee machine.
A wooden table with chairs completes the space, ideal for breakfast with a view out the window.

In your BATHROOM, you will find a shower with rain showerhead and hand shower, bidet, toilet, double washbasin, towel warmer, and washing machine.

Your BEDROOM is furnished with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, bedside tables with lamps, and air conditioning.

A second air conditioning split is also present in the bedroom.

Sheets, pillows, and towels are always provided for the indicated number of guests.

From the living room and the bedroom, you will have access to a small BALCONY furnished with a table and chairs, where you can treat yourself to an outdoor break, even though it does not overlook the sea, it is still very fresh and breezy.
