Your HISTORIC VILLA is the perfect solution for enjoying an exclusive sea view without giving up nature and greenery.

The ancient village of Noli will make you feel surrounded by the wonders of a territory that truly has a lot to offer.

Trekking lovers will find, among many options, the Sentiero del Pellegrino, connecting Noli to Varigotti along cliffs overlooking the sea and fragrant Mediterranean vegetation.

Those who prefer water or even underwater experiences should not miss Nemo’s Garden: just a few dozen meters off the coast of Noli lies the world’s first underwater garden.

PLEASE NOTE: The villa cannot be reached by car, as the road inside the walls is pedestrian. The route includes flights of stairs not accessible to wheelchairs or those with mobility difficulties.

WELCOME

Check-ins between 3 PM and 7 PM are accompanied by a staff member who will show you how to reach the villa and explain the house features.

Alternatively, self check-in is possible via key box.

After the entrance gate, you can reach the villa through a private pathway with a beautiful sea and village view. From here you also access the lower gardens of the property, a private area to relax, read and enjoy nature.

On the ground floor we find the ENTRANCE with the classic “Here&There” signs helping you connect to free Wi-Fi.

The LIVING AREA features high ceilings, natural light, Smart TV, armchairs and sofas.

The DINING ROOM is adjacent and offers a large table for meals, work or leisure activities.

The KITCHEN faces the terrace and is equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and kitchen scale.

The TERRACE is the highlight with an unforgettable sea and village view.

Here you can enjoy meals or aperitifs at sunset in an exclusive panoramic position over one of Italy’s most beautiful villages.

Back at the entrance, a staircase leads to the upper floor with bedrooms and bathrooms.

There are 3 BEDROOMS in total.

The first with sea view and double bed is in front of the stairs, with fans for summer and access to the second bathroom.

The second bedroom also has sea view, two single beds and ceiling fan.

The third overlooks the inner courtyard with a double bed.

All rooms have private wardrobes.

Bed linen, pillows, duvets and towels are provided.

The first BATHROOM is just after the stairs, the second is inside the first bedroom.

Both are fully equipped with toilet and bidet in ceramic, sink with mirror, shower box and hairdryer.
