Immediately on your right, the master bedroom opens with its very comfortable Queen Size bed. Wardrobes and bedside tables are available to accommodate your luggage and personal effects.

Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each guest.

Proceeding a little further, we find the living area furnished in a modern style. Here there is a 3-seater sofa, placed right in front of the 40" Smart FullHD High Definition TV, so you can connect to your favorite streaming accounts.

The 3-seater table instead acts as host to the kitchen, arranged on both sides. Longer stays will not be a problem, having an oven, fridge and freezer, a kettle and a Moka machine for a real Italian coffee.

The last room that guests will find is the large bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower. A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo, Intimate Hygiene, Soap and Cap is offered by the house.

Here there is also a washing machine for free use by guests.

And for when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, nestled in rocky coves where you can swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.

For those who love good food or aperitif and after-dinner venues, the dock and the nearby city center will offer numerous interesting ideas to choose from.

The proximity to the bus stops will allow you to choose between the beautiful and renowned beaches of Bergeggi, Spotorno and Varigotti or Albisola, Celle Ligure or Varazze. Levante or Ponente, what do you choose?

Just 44 minutes away by highway we have Genoa with its famous Aquarium and the "Cristoforo Colombo" Airport.
