A little further on, you'll find the living area, modernly furnished. Here there’s a 3-seater sofa bed placed right in front of the 40" High Definition FullHD Smart TV, so you can connect to your favorite streaming accounts.

At night, the sofa transforms into a practical secondary bed for two more people.

The 2-seat table completes the living room, after which you’ll find the kitchen, designed to make the most of the available space without lacking anything useful for even longer stays.
At your disposal: an oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and a Moka pot for real Italian coffee.
Some herbal teas of various flavors are offered by the host.

Plates, cutlery, various pots and pans as well as single-serve packets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil are stored in the various compartments.
In this room you’ll also find the boiler.

The final space is a small enclosed terrace, accessible from the living room.
