To access your apartment, you can comfortably leave your luggage and proceed at your own pace.

The building is divided into Staircase A and Staircase B; your apartment is located in Staircase A.
To enter the building, press button “7”. Once inside, turn left and continue toward the elevator.

Take the elevator to the 4th floor. Upon arrival, you will find a small box easily recognizable thanks to our logo. Inside, you can collect the keys by entering the code you will receive on the same day.

Once inside the apartment, a functional hallway will guide you to the different areas of the home.

Here you will find immediate access to free Wi-Fi, so you can feel at home right away.

The main bedroom awaits you at the end of the hallway: a spacious sleeping area featuring an elegant Queen-size bed and a beautiful private balcony with breathtaking views of the port and Sanremo’s characteristic fountain, perfect for enjoying unforgettable moments overlooking the city panorama.

The second bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds and a spacious wardrobe, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking privacy and comfort.

The bright living area welcomes you with a comfortable sofa bed where you can relax in front of the Smart TV, creating a cozy space for social moments and, when needed, offering an additional sleeping solution for extra guests.

A balcony overlooking the city completes this area, giving you a charming view over the rooftops of Sanremo.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need: cooktop, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee machine, dishes, pots, and basic condiments.

Bright and functional, it also features a private balcony where you can enjoy a morning coffee or prepare meals with the pleasant sea breeze.

The bathroom, new and modern, is finished in ceramic and equipped with full sanitary facilities, a large mirror, hairdryer, and shower box.

Hot water is provided by a modern and efficient boiler.

Bed sheets, linen, pillows, duvets, and towels are provided for each guest, ensuring a comfortable stay.
