To the right of the entrance and in front of you, you will find the kitchen equipped with every comfort. Longer stays will not be a problem, having at your disposal a microwave oven, induction hob, fridge and freezer, oven, kettle and a Nespresso coffee pod machine.

Some infusions of various essences are offered by the house.

Plates, cutlery, pots and pans of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil are placed in the various compartments.

A 4-seat table will be the place to have lunch with friends or work on rainy days.

To complete the living area, there is a very comfortable two-seat sofa which during the night transforms into a perfect place to relax with a double French mattress. This environment is equipped with hot and cold air conditioning.

To the right of the living area, you will find the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic bathroom fixtures, mirror, hairdryer and shower. A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo, Intimate Hygiene, Bar of Soap and Cap is offered by the house. Hot water is entrusted to a modern electric boiler.

Continuing in the sleeping area, we find the very bright bedroom consisting of a very comfortable Queen Size sofa bed. Here you will find a large wardrobe at your disposal to store your coats and clothes thanks to the hangers provided.

The room, which among other things has access to the small external terrace, is also composed of a hot and cold air conditioner and a small Smart TV where you can spend gloomy days perhaps.
Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed.
