Whether you arrive by train or by car, this very practical Studio Loft is a logistically ideal solution for every type of trip, especially for those planning to depart from the nearby Genoa Airport.

If you arrive by car, you can temporarily stop on the street to unload your luggage and then park the car later in the streets in front of the building.

If, on the other hand, you arrive by train, you will be about 10 minutes on foot from the apartment or, for those who prefer transport, just 4 minutes by taxi or bus.

Once you arrive at the building, a complex with a recently renovated façade and entrance, you will be able to collect the keys independently directly from the security key box. Needless to say, being able to arrive at any time and in complete freedom is extremely convenient.

Passing through the main entrance, after a few steps, you will reach the first floor, where on your right you will find the first access door to the apartment atrium. Once inside, your door will be the one marked with the number “2”, directly opposite the main door.

A small panel for free WiFi access, located next to the entrance door, will immediately make you feel at home.

Once you cross the threshold of your welcoming Studio Loft, you will find yourself in the bright and spacious living area.

Here you will immediately find the kitchenette, equipped with everything you need for your stay: a modern induction hob, microwave oven, fridge and freezer, kettle and a Nespresso coffee machine.

Some coffee capsules and herbal infusions of various flavors are offered by the house.

A table with 2 seats completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, various pots, as well as sachets of salt, oil, vinegar and sugar, are stored in the different compartments.

Moving further on, you will find the intimate and welcoming sleeping area, composed of two comfortable single beds, designed to guarantee you a pleasant and regenerating rest before the adventures awaiting you the following day.

You will have all the necessary comforts at your disposal, including a high-definition Full HD Smart TV, giving you the possibility to access your streaming accounts: a must for entertaining even the little ones on rainy days.

To make the apartment pleasant in every season, there is a hot/cold air conditioner, ideal for ensuring a comfortable stay.

To the left of the sleeping area is the bathroom, equipped with complete ceramic sanitary fixtures, a toilet with bidet spray and a shower where you can refresh yourself before going to sleep or before setting off on a new adventure.

Sheets, linen, pillows, duvets and towels are available for your stay.

In the apartment atrium, shared with guests of the other apartments, there is a washing machine and a dryer available for free use.

And when you are outside? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, set among rocky coves where you can swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.

From Genoa, the largest city in Liguria, you will have the opportunity to use every possible means of transport to explore the coast and its beautiful seaside villages, or venture into the inland areas in search of renowned agriturismi or go trekking in the nearby Beigua Park.

Are you just passing through, ready to fly to exotic destinations? Choosing this apartment will therefore be ideal, placing you just a few minutes from Genoa “Cristoforo Colombo” Airport.

Perhaps you are passionate about shopping and the many shops in the city center are not enough for you? With a relatively short trip out of town, you can reach Serravalle with its huge fashion outlet, where you can find your favorite brands.

The Historic Center and the Old Port then change atmosphere during aperitif time or after dinner. The most curious guests can explore the typical caruggi, or narrow alleys, in search of the place best suited to their tastes.
