Wherever you may be arriving from, the Gulf of Varazze with its beaches, its Historic Centre, and the beautiful wooden Marina that, like many stilts, decorates Punta Aspera, will immediately let you savour the Ligurian atmosphere.

Travellers looking for a renowned seaside destination or a stop to explore the nearby Beigua Park will find here a welcoming retreat. Varazze is also particularly convenient for those heading to Genoa Airport or embarking on a cruise in Savona, as it is located almost halfway between the two.

If you arrive by car, you may stop directly beneath the building just long enough to unload your luggage. In addition, the nearest motorway exit is only 3.5 km from the apartment, making it especially practical for reaching Genoa Airport in a very short time.

Once you arrive at the building, after parking along the street or a few metres away in an area where several free parking spaces are available, you will simply need to collect the keys where indicated and enter the building.

The apartment is comfortably reached via the building’s stairs, within a quiet and private setting.

As soon as you step inside, a quick-access sign for the free WiFi will immediately help you feel at home.

The two Suites both feature a comfortable Queen Size bed, while a wardrobe with hangers and a chest of drawers are available to accommodate your luggage and personal belongings.

The first Suite also includes a FullHD Smart TV from which you may access your favourite streaming services such as Netflix.

Bed linen, sheets, pillows, duvets and towels are provided for every bed.

Moving now into the bright living area, we find the equipped kitchen.
Longer stays will not be a problem, as you will have at your disposal a hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle and a Nespresso pod machine to enjoy a good Italian coffee!

A selection of pods and herbal infusions in various flavours is offered by the house.

A table with 6 seats completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots of various kinds, as well as single-use sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, are placed in the various compartments.

At night, the sofa bed may be opened, transforming the living area into a sleeping area and accommodating two additional guests.

The last room guests will find is the bathroom, furnished with full ceramic sanitary ware, a large mirror, a hairdryer and a shower.

A washing machine for FREE use will be available for the entire duration of your stay.

The building is located in an airy and very cool area that maintains a highly ventilated climate.

And for when you are out of the house? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, set among rocky coves where you can swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.

For those who love good cuisine or venues for an aperitif and after dinner, the Marina of Varazze and the nearby town centre will offer many interesting options to choose from.

The geographical position of the apartment will allow you to choose between the beautiful and renowned beaches of Bergeggi, Spotorno and Varigotti, or stay nearby and decide which beach is the best among Albisola, Celle Ligure and Varazze. Are you settled travellers or explorers? The choice is yours.

Just 42 minutes by motorway away is Genoa, with its famous Aquarium and the “Cristoforo Colombo” Airport.
