Wherever you arrive, the Gulf of Varazze with its beaches, its Historic Center, the beautiful wooden Marina that like many stilts decorates Punta Aspera, will immediately make you savor the Ligurian atmosphere.

Travelers looking for a renowned seaside resort or a stop to explore the nearby Beigua Park will find a welcoming landing place here. Varazze is also ideal for those heading to Genoa airport or to embark on a cruise to Savona, being located almost halfway between the two.

Arriving by car you can park directly under the building, just long enough to unload your luggage. Furthermore, the nearest motorway exit is 3.5 km from the apartment, which makes it functional for reaching Genoa Airport in a very short time.

Once you reach the building, after parking along the street or a few meters away in a square where there are several free parking spaces, you just need to take the keys where indicated and enter the building.

Once you cross the threshold, a quick access panel to the free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home.

The two Suites are both composed of a comfortable Queen Size bed, wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers are available to accommodate your luggage and personal effects.

The first Suite also has a FullHD Smart TV from which you can access your favorite streaming services such as Netflix.

Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed.

Moving now to the bright living area, we find the equipped kitchen.

Longer stays will not be a problem, having a hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle and a Nespresso pod machine to enjoy a good Italian coffee!

Some pods and infusions of various essences are offered by the house.

A table with 6 seats completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, various types of pots and pans as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, find their place in the various compartments.

The sofa bed can be opened at night, transforming the living area into a sleeping area, being able to accommodate two additional guests.

The last room that guests will find is the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower.

A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo and Personal Hygiene is offered by the house.

A FREE washing machine will be available for the duration of the stay.

The building is located in a ventilated and very fresh area that maintains a very breezy climate.

And for when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, set in rocky coves where you can go for a swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.

For those who love good food or aperitif and after-dinner venues, the Marina di Varazze and the nearby city center will offer numerous interesting ideas to choose from.

The geographical position of the apartment will allow you to choose between the beautiful and renowned beaches of Bergeggi, Spotorno and Varigotti or stay in the area voting which of the beaches is the best between Albisola, Celle Ligure or Varazze. Are you sedentary or explorers? The choice is yours?

Just 42 minutes away by highway we have Genoa with its famous Aquarium and the "Cristoforo Colombo" Airport.
