Travelers looking for a renowned seaside resort or a stop to explore the nearby Beigua Park will find a welcoming landing place here. Varazze is also ideal for those heading to Genoa airport or to embark on a cruise to Savona, being located almost halfway between the two.

This intimate apartment is logistically ideal for any travel solution, being able to count on a short walk from the beaches and the center, but remaining hidden in the quiet of the suburbs.

Arriving by car you can park directly under the building, just enough time to unload your luggage. Furthermore, the nearest motorway exit is 3.5 km from the apartment, which makes it functional for reaching Genoa Airport in a very short time.

If you arrive by train, you will be exactly 22 minutes walk from the apartment.

Once you arrive under the building, after parking along the street or, a few meters away in a square where there are several free parking spaces, you just need to take the keys where indicated and enter the building.

To reach your apartment you will be blocked by 5 floors of STAIRS unfortunately WITHOUT elevator. A solution for doing daily physical activity!

Once you have climbed the peak and crossed the threshold, a quick access panel to the free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home.

In the first part of the Suite you will immediately be in the sleeping area, consisting of a comfortable Queen Size bed, wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers are available to accommodate your luggage and personal effects.

Next to it, an additional comfortable single bed can accommodate a third guest.

Here there is also a FullHD Smart TV from which you can access your favorite streaming services such as Netflix.

Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed.

Moving now to the bright living area, we find the equipped kitchen.
Longer stays will not be a problem, having a hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle and a Nespresso pod machine to enjoy a good Italian coffee!

Some pods and infusions of various essences are offered by the house.

A table with 4 seats completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, find their place in the various compartments.

Here there will also be a hot / cold air conditioner that will regulate the temperature of the entire room both in summer and winter. The heating is managed by this tool.

A FREE washing machine will be available for the duration of the stay.

The last room that guests will find is the bathroom, small but very elegant, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower.

A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo and Intimate Hygiene is offered by the house.

The building is located in a very fresh and airy area that maintains a very breezy climate.

And for when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, nestled in rocky coves where you can swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.

For those who love good food or aperitif and after-dinner venues, the Marina di Varazze and the nearby city center will offer numerous interesting ideas to choose from.

The geographical position of the apartment will allow you to choose between the beautiful and renowned beaches of Bergeggi, Spotorno and Varigotti or stay in the area voting which of the beaches is the best between Albisola, Celle Ligure or Varazze. Are you sedentary or explorers? The choice is yours?

Just 42 minutes away by motorway we have Genoa with its famous Aquarium and the "Cristoforo Colombo" Airport.
