You are now in the entrance hall, from which you have access to the main rooms of the house.

The large living area welcomes you with its spacious sofa bed where you can relax in front of the FullHD Smart TV.
This space comfortably accommodates two additional guests and features a high-performance air conditioner for both warm and cool settings.

The sleeping area consists of two elegant bedrooms, both with direct sea views and equipped with comfortable Queen Size beds. Wardrobes with hangers and dressers are available in each room to store your luggage and personal items.

Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are provided for each bed.

Moving into the very bright day area, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen.

Longer stays will not be a problem, as you’ll have access to a hob, fridge and freezer, microwave, kettle and a Nespresso pod coffee machine.

Some capsules and herbal infusions of various blends are offered by the house.

Plates, cutlery, pots of various types, as well as single-portion sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, are stored in the various compartments.

The real jewel of the apartment, however, is the magnificent corner balcony with sea view, where you can dine outdoors while enjoying one of the most beautiful views of the Riviera. A large dining table completes this exclusive outdoor space.

From here you can admire breathtaking sunsets over the sea, enjoy lunch outdoors or relax with a glass of prosecco as the sun dives into the Mediterranean.
