The two uncovered and FREE parking spaces are a rarity, which in Liguria is a rare commodity, so you can leave your car safely for the entire stay and reach the beaches even on foot, given the relative proximity to the sea.

Travelers looking for a renowned seaside resort or a stop to explore the nearby Beigua Park, will find a welcoming landing place here, especially for families with children and 4-legged friends who will find in the large garden, a green blanket in which to relax.

Albissola Marina is also ideal for those who are heading to Genoa airport or to embark on a cruise to Savona, being located almost halfway between the two.

Arriving at the correct address following our directions, collect the keys and cross the gate. Drive along the driveway, park your car and unload your luggage in complete tranquility.

Once you cross the threshold, the quick access panel to the free WiFi, located inside the building, will allow you to immediately feel at home.

You are now at the entrance with the rooms of the house divided on two floors. Turning left you will have the living area, with the kitchen area.

This house is one of the oldest structures in Albisola Superiore, dating back to 1930. Take a moment to look at the details and objects from times gone by present here, some dating back to the early 1900s.

Although the kitchen has been deliberately kept in its original state, longer stays will not be a problem, having a hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee pod machine at your disposal.

Some pods and infusions of various essences are offered by the house.

A table with 4 seats completes the kitchen. Plates, cutlery, pots of various kinds as well as disposable sachets of salt, sugar, vinegar and oil, find their place in the various compartments.
In the adjacent room you will find the living room. Can you imagine yourself, sitting on the armchairs, sipping a coffee or tea perhaps reading a book?
Here you will have the comfortable sofa in which to relax in front of the FullHD Smart TV.

To reach the sleeping area, from the entrance, going up a few steps, we will have in front of us a free-to-use washing machine just outside the intimate bathroom furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, mirror, hairdryer and shower.

A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo and Intimate Hygiene is offered by the house.

The sleeping area, the area where you will spend most of your time, is composed of three bedrooms furnished in line with the rest of the house.

The master bedroom, located to the right of the small corridor, is composed of a comfortable Queen Size bed, wardrobe with hangers and chest of drawers that are available to accommodate your luggage and personal effects.

A second bedroom with bed, the central one, can accommodate two more guests in two separate single beds.

Finally, the last room, on the left, can accommodate two more people, also here in two single beds.

Sheets, linens, pillows, duvets and towels are available for each bed and guest.

Returning to the ground floor and going out into the open air, the large garden that opens to the view, includes some outdoor furniture such as tables and deckchairs to relax in the sun when you do not want to go to the sea.

Here there is also a small and rudimentary open-air shower, with a refillable tank.

You are in the countryside so the sounds of animals are always present. On the property there are some chickens and a rooster that in the morning can certainly serve as an alarm clock to remind you to put on your swimsuit and dive into the blue August sea. But please, do not approach his hens of which he is the protector.

And when you are away from home? You are in Liguria, a region famous for its beautiful coasts and beaches, nestled in rocky coves where you can swim or take unforgettable souvenir photos.

For those who love good food or aperitif and after-dinner venues, the Marina di Varazze and the nearby city center will offer numerous interesting ideas to choose from.

Furthermore, Liguria has earned a significant position for outdoor enthusiasts. MTB trails, Trekking in the Beigua Park and rock climbing gyms are just some of the activities available.

The geographical position of the apartment will allow you to choose between the beautiful and renowned beaches of Bergeggi, Spotorno and Varigotti or stay in the area voting which of the beaches is the best between Albisola, Celle Ligure or Varazze.
