If you arrive by train, you will be exactly 13 minutes walk from the apartment, while remaining in the quiet of the area, even in summer.

Once you reach the building, after parking in your private parking space, simply take the keys where indicated and enter the delightful building.
Two very short flights of stairs separate you from your finish line. On the first floor, you will find your apartment on the left.

Once you cross the threshold, a panel providing quick access to free WiFi will allow you to immediately feel at home.

You are now in the bright living area consisting of the equipped kitchen.
Longer stays will not be a problem, having access to a dishwasher, a hob, a fridge and freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle and a coffee maker to enjoy on the nearby balcony overlooking the sea!

Some infusions of various essences are offered by the house.

The building is located in a raised area of Varazze, airy and very fresh which maintains a very ventilated climate. Nonetheless, scorching summers are not scary in these rooms, which have two high-performance ceiling fans. One in the bedroom and another in the living area.

The last room that guests will find is the bathroom, furnished with complete ceramic sanitary ware, large mirror, hairdryer and shower. A 100% Made in Italy Welcome Kit consisting of Shampoo, Intimate Hygiene, Bar of Soap and Cap is offered by the house.
